Your World Nursing in Worcester is seeking a dedicated nurse to conduct mental health assessments, evaluate patients’ needs, and develop individualized care plans and treatment strategies for community-based care.

You will provide counselling, psychotherapy and support, administer and monitor psychotropic medications, intervene in crises, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.

Qualifikationen

• NMC registration required.
• 6 months’ experience within a UK healthcare setting.
• Right to work in the UK.
• UK references.

• Conduct home visits and community outreach to provide care in familiar environments.
• Monitor and assess patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to promote recovery and well-being.
