Job summary

Your World Nursing in Basingstoke is seeking a Registered Mental Nurse for night shifts. You’ll assess and diagnose mental health conditions, develop treatment plans, and administer psychiatric medications.

Work with a multidisciplinary team to support patients and their families, driving recovery and wellbeing in a fast-paced NHS/private care environment. The role offers part-time hours, on-site shifts, and a competitive hourly rate of £28–£30, along with training, support, and travel

Qualifications

• NMC registration
• UK healthcare experience (6 months)
• Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions
• Develop individualised treatment plans for patients
• Administer psychiatric medications and monitor effects
• Provide therapy (individual and group)
• Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessment
