Job description

We are looking for an experiencedTelescopic Forklift Operatorto join a construction project inAylesford, Kent (ME20).
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a telescopic forklift safely and efficiently on-site, assisting with the movement of materials, and supporting the construction team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a telescopic forklift to transport materials around the site.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Assist in general site duties when required.
• Perform routine safety checks and maintenance of the equipment.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and site procedures.
• Work closely with site managers, contractors, and other team members.

Requirements:

• Must hold avalid Blue CPCS or NPORS (CSCS Affiliated) Telescopic Forklift Operator card.
• Must CPCS/NPORS Plant & Vehicle Marshaller training
• Aminimum of 3 years' experienceoperating a telescopic forklift.
• Ability to provideat least two referencesfrom previous employers.
• Strong understanding of site safety procedures and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts if required.
