Job summary

Teamforce Labour are seeking an experienced CPCS/NPORS 360 Excavator Operator for an immediate start on 24/08/2026 in St Fergus, AB42.

You will operate 360 excavators on a busy civil engineering site, carrying out excavation, trenching, loading and earthworks. Daily checks, safety procedures and teamwork are essential for the role.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket.
• Previous experience operating 360 excavators on civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Good understanding of site health & safety.
• Full PPE.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team.
