Job summary

Teamforce Labour requires a CPCS/NPORS 360 Excavator Operator for an immediate start in Fleetwood, Lancashire. Shift hours run 7am–7pm with a 7 days a week option; rate is negotiable and the contract is until Christmas.

You will operate a 360 excavator on civil engineering and pipework projects, trench and backfill around pipework, and support site teams while observing safety around underground services. Daily plant checks are expected.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket.
• Experience on pipework and deep drainage projects is preferred.
• Confined Space experience advantageous.
• Safety Medical where required.

Responsibilities

• Operating a 360 excavator on civil engineering and pipework projects.
• Excavating trenches for pipe installation and drainage works.
• Assisting with lifting, positioning and backfilling around pipework.
• Working safely around underground services and confined space operations.
• Carrying out daily plant checks and maintaining equipment.
• Working closely with pipelayers, groundworkers and site supervisors.
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and in accordance with site requirements.

• Ensuring all works are completed safely and in accordance with site requirements.

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket.
• Previous experience on pipework and deep drainage projects.
• Confined Space experience advantageous.
• Safety Critical Medical where required.
