Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is seeking an experienced 360 Excavator Operator to join our team on a long-term highways project in Marple. You will operate a 360 excavator on road reinstatement works, ensuring safe and accurate earthworks while coordinating with groundworkers and site management.

The role requires a valid CPCS or NPORS 360 ticket, prior highways experience, and a strong commitment to health and safety.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket is required.
• Experience operating a 360 excavator on highways and road reinstatement projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 360 excavator on highways and road reinstatement works.
• Support road repairs, reinstatement, and general highways maintenance.
• Work on council contracts and public highway projects.
• Assist groundworkers with excavation and groundwork duties.
• Carry out daily machine checks and basic maintenance.
• Collaborate with site management and the wider team to ensure safe, efficient completion.

Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced

360 Excavator Operator to join our team in Marple on a long-term project carrying out highways work and council contracts, including road reinstatement.

Requirements:

Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket

Previous experience operating a 360 excavator on highways and road reinstatement projects

Experience working on council contracts and highways maintenance is desirable

Ability to work accurately and safely around existing services and public highways

Good understanding of site health and safety procedures

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Duties will include:

Operating a 360 excavator on highways and road reinstatement works

Supporting road repairs, reinstatement, and general highways maintenance

Working on council contracts and public highway projects

Assisting groundworkers with excavation and groundwork duties

Carrying out daily machine checks and basic maintenance

Working closely with site management and the wider team to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
