Danny Sullivan Group is recruiting for a CPCS Dozer Driver to work on the HS2 project in the Aylesbury area. The role involves operating dozers with GPS control to support major earthworks and ground engineering tasks.

We require a valid CPCS ticket and a safety-conscious, reliable operator with proven experience on large-scale sites. GBP29 per hour, CIS, with long-term, ongoing work and weekly pay on offer.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers (D6/D8 or similar) for bulk earthworks and grading.
• Carry out cut and fill operations to site levels.
• Use GPS machine control to achieve accurate grading.
• Spread and level topsoil, subsoil and capping layers.
• Support haul road construction and site maintenance.
• Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to meet programme.
• Perform daily plant checks and basic maintenance.
• Follow lifting, movement and exclusion zone procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment at all times.
• Adhere to HS2 health, safety and environmental standards.

CPCS Dozer Driver with GPS Experience (000-093) Aylesbury, England

Salary: GBP29 - GBP29 per hour

CPCS Dozer Driver – £29.00 per Hour (CIS) – HS2 Project (Aylesbury Area)

Danny Sullivan Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Dozer Driver to join the HS2 high-speed rail project in the Aylesbury area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on one of the UK’s largest infrastructure projects, supporting major earthworks and ground engineering operations.

Your Role as a CPCS Dozer Driver:

• Operate bulldozers (D6 / D8 or similar) for bulk earthworks, grading, and material movement
• Carry out cut and fill operations in line with site specifications and levels
• Work with GPS machine control systems to achieve accurate grading and profiling
• Spread and level materials including topsoil, subsoil, and capping layers
• Support haul road construction and maintenance across site
• Work closely with site engineers and supervisors to meet programme requirements
• Conduct daily plant checks and basic maintenance, reporting defects promptly
• Follow all lifting, plant movement, and exclusion zone procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
• Adhere to all HS2 health, safety, and environmental standards

What We’re Looking For as a CPCS Dozer Driver:

• Valid CPCS ticket (essential)
• Safety Critical Medical (required or willingness to complete)
• Proven experience operating dozers on large-scale earthworks projects
• Experience with GPS machine control (Trimble/Leica preferred)
• Strong understanding of levels, grading, and earthworks specifications
• Experience working on major infrastructure or Tier 1 contractor sites (HS2 experience advantageous)
• Good awareness of site safety and working around other plant
• Reliable, skilled, and safety-conscious attitude
