Job summary

Bell & Clements, part of the Munich Re Group, is seeking a Coverholder Oversight Assistant in our London office. The role focuses on delegated authority processing, compliance attestation, and maintaining relationships with Coverholders.

You will report to the Coverholder Oversight Manager and support audits, onboarding, and Atlas system updates while ensuring regulatory obligations are met.

Qualifications

• Experience with Lloyd’s and London market is preferred.
• Experience overseeing Coverholder compliance.
• Competent using computerised systems and standard software.
• Team player and willing to engage with other areas of the business.

Responsibilities

• Support regular report preparation for B&C boards and committees.
• Collate due diligence information for prospective Coverholders.
• Review information for sub-delegated Coverholders and liaise for full details.
• Complete Lloyd’s Atlas Coverholder applications.
• Assist with post-approval Atlas changes (business classes, staff, ownership).
• Perform due diligence checks before delegated authority renewals.
• Collaborate to maintain compliance information for insurers and regulators.
• Oversee annual compliance tasks and attestations with Lloyd’s/GLISE or other insurers.
• Assist onboarding of new producing brokers, insurers and TOBA management.
• Manage account openings for producing brokers and insurers in internal systems.
