A leading prison education provider is seeking a Cover Tutor for HMP Five Wells. The successful candidate will cover curriculum delivery, including construction workshops. This is a full-time position requiring a teaching qualification and a commitment to safeguarding learners. The role offers significant annual leave and various employee benefits. We have a great opportunity to join Novus, our prison education provider at HMP Five Wells, working as a Cover Tutor - Industry. The successful candidate will be expected to cover delivery across the full curriculum including construction workshops. This role is offered on a permanent full-time basis, working 37 hours per week.
Novus is a leading provider of prison education and has been supporting learners for over 30 years across the UK. We are part of the LTE group of companies and are currently rated "Good" by Ofsted with partnerships with over 1000 industry and employer partners.
HMP Five Wells is a Category C prison based in Wellingborough. The facility opened in 2022 and is focused on delivering education and rehabilitation in partnership with the MOJ and local communities.
