Job Description:

Cover Teacher - ASAP START

We are looking for an enthusiastic Cover Teacher/Supervisor to support students of secondary age in various subjects. As a work-finding service, we have a diverse range of secondary schools in London. If you are seeking a long-term position, we would be happy to hear from you.

Location:

Position: Teacher

Type of work: Cover Teacher

Duration / Likely Duration: Long term

Contract type: Temporary with the view to go permanent.

Minimum rate of pay: GBP 90 per day.

Hours: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (full day)

TYPICAL DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
  1. Cover a range of lessons on a day-to-day basis.
  2. Run intervention sessions and booster groups with pupils that need it the most.
  3. Be involved in running extracurricular activities.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

NO previous education experience is required to apply.

Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential).

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST:
  1. Hold Right to Work in the UK.
  2. Hold an enhanced child-barred list registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
