The Opportunity

We are actively seeking committed and adaptable Full-Time Cover Teachers with subject specialisms to join our teaching team for mid- to long-term placements in secondary schools across Northampton. These roles are ideal for subject-qualified teachers who are confident delivering across their specialism while stepping in to support broader curriculum cover when needed.

  • A flexible and professional approach to teaching in varied contexts

  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of young people
