Job Duties:
  1. Delivering pre-planned lessons to students in the absence of the regular teacher
  2. Maintaining a positive classroom environment conducive to learning
  3. Managing student behaviour effectively
  4. Providing feedback to the regular teacher on students' progress
Required Qualifications:
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  2. Enhanced DBS check
Education:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
  1. Previous experience working in a similar role is desirable
  2. Experience working with children or young adults
Knowledge and Skills:
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Strong classroom management skills
  3. Ability to adapt quickly to different teaching environments
  4. Good organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Additional teaching qualifications or certifications
  2. First Aid certification
