The Governors at St Peter's C of E Primary School are looking to appoint a highly motivated, dynamic, and inspirational Teacher to work alongside our vibrant staff team, supporting learning across the primary age range. You will be providing cover for PPA and leadership time across the school.
We are looking for a qualified teacher who is committed to raising achievement for all children and are willing to embrace St Peter’s values and approaches to teaching and learning. All our learning is underpinned by our school values of friendship, thankfulness, resilience, service, forgiveness and bravery. High expectations of children’s potential and the ability to make effective relationships with children that enable learning to take place are essential.
St Peter’s Vision is for a 'World of Opportunities'. We wish for everyone to aim for excellence and fulfil their individual potential. We create opportunities throughout school which allow our children to grow, develop and thrive without limitation. Everyone at School is valued, cared for and taught how to take advantage of opportunities now and in the future.
‘The impact of the well-taught curriculum has been significant. Pupils produce a range of high-quality work. It shows their development of knowledge and skills through the curriculum. This includes those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Staff make adaptations to learning so that pupils with SEND learn the same curriculum as their peers.’ OFSTED June 2024.
