A leading educational staffing provider is seeking Cover Supervisors for secondary schools in Somerset, especially in Wells. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to gain invaluable experience in education. No prior experience is required, but strong interpersonal skills are essential. Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools in Somerset (Wells and more)
Pay: £95–£120 per day (£140+ if you hold QTS)
Contract: Day-to-day and long-term available
Start Date: As soon as you’re ready (we can get you cleared in 15 days!)
Location: We have long relationships with schools across Somerset in Wells, Radstock, Glastonbury and - if you drive - anywhere!

No prior experience as a Cover Supervisor is required. However, strong candidates will have backgrounds in work with transferable skills. Have you coached a sport? Been a Scout Camp or Summer Camp leader? Have you been in a management position? Held a leadership role in a University society? It's about character more than experience. If you're an eager, outgoing people-person who wants to get into education and really get involved in our school communities, you have the transferable character traits and skills we want to provide to the children in our schools.
We have a high number of schools who want our educators, so you can work in schools very close to you, or travel for the most exciting opportunities for you!
Having a full UK driving license and access to a car is preferred for this role, as it means you will get more work
