Cover Supervisor – Newcastle

Are you confident in managing a classroom and passionate about supporting students? We are looking for a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or anyone looking for flexible work in schools. We work with a variety of schools in the Northumberland area looking for teachers for long-term roles and day-to-day cover.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervising classes in the absence of a teacher
  2. Delivering pre-set work and maintaining classroom discipline
  3. Supporting students to stay engaged and focused
  4. Upholding school policies and ensuring a positive learning environment
Requirements:
  1. Strong communication and classroom management skills
  2. Experience working with young people (preferred but not essential)
