Cover Supervisors and General Cover Teachers needed for flexible supply work in Worcester

Are you a Tutor, Teacher, Cover Supervisor, Mentor, Learning Support Assistant?

This is a great opportunity for a reliable and hard working Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming and supportive large mainstream Secondary School in Worcester. The school are looking for a flexible Cover Supervisor who can support them with advanced booked work, as well as providing emergency day to day cover.

As this role is flexible, there is no minimum of days that have to be worked in the week. This Cover Supervisor role can fit around other family and/or work commitments.

The school belief is that with everyone working together, students will receive the best education possible. The school has high expectations of it s students in their approach to work and behaviour.

What are your responsibilities:

• Supervising work that has been set in accordance with the schools policy
• Managing classroom behaviour
• Ensure that the pre-set work is completed by students
• Returning the completed work to the appropriate teacher or staff member
• Where appropriate reporting back on students behaviour during the class using the school s agreed referral procedure

Pay rates between GBP90-GBP160 per full day, depending on experience

Successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure and provide at least 2 educational based references to be considered for this role

All our supply staff are paid on a PAYE basis, so you can rest assured that you re paying the right level of Tax and National Insurance.
