Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking Cover Supervisors for flexible, full-time or part-time roles starting ASAP in Hemel Hempstead. You will supervise classes during teacher absences, delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and maintaining a calm, productive classroom environment.

You will support learners, manage behaviour in line with school policies, report on progress, and be confident in communication and organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in schools or with young people is desirable.
• Strong classroom management skills and ability to maintain discipline.
• Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills.
• Willing to cover across different subjects and year groups.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.

Responsibilities
