Link Education is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors in the Woolwich area.

Cover Supervisor: The Role

The Cover Supervisor will be expected to undertake the specified teaching role, including delivering lessons and leading the classroom. You will be responsible for engaging students with tasks aligned with the national curriculum.

Cover Supervisor: The Ideal Candidate

• Passion for working in Education.
• Supportive of a stimulating and safe learning environment.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding.
• Confidence in delivering lessons with good knowledge of the curriculum.
• Ability to manage a classroom and monitor behaviour effectively.
• Experience with SEN or managing challenging behaviour is desirable.
• A QTS is not required, but other educational qualifications are desirable.
• Experience in the UK education system and understanding of safeguarding are essential.
• All applicants must have a valid Enhanced DBS check, be registered with the DBS Update Service, or be willing to apply for one immediately upon shortlisting.
• Professionalism, reliability, and punctuality are required.
