Academics LTD is working with several excellent secondary schools in and around Wantage, currently recruiting for Cover Supervisors to start ASAP. We seek proactive, hardworking, and enthusiastic individuals to oversee lessons and support student learning, maintaining high standards of behaviour in the absence of teachers.

This role is ideal for those with previous experience in the education sector or aspiring teachers. It is also a great opportunity for graduates taking their first step into teaching. GCSEs in Maths or English (C or above) are required. There are also extensive opportunities to support SEN children if this interests you.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage student behaviour to ensure a constructive learning environment
