Job Title: Cover Supervisor – Primary & Secondary

Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Contract Type: Flexible (Full-time & Part-time available)
Pay Rate: £95- £180 (Competitive – Reflective of experience)

Teaching Personnel is seeking Cover Supervisors to support a range of diverse and welcoming schools across Stoke-on-Trent. Responsibilities:
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of teachers across a variety of subjects.
  • Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure school policies are upheld.
  • Support students with their learning, ensuring they remain on task.
  • Work flexibly across different schools, gaining valuable experience in both primary and secondary settings.
Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children or young people (coaching, tutoring, youth work, etc.).
