The Role:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning atmosphere.
• Providing continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher.
• Adapting teaching methods to engage and support students of varying abilities.
• Potential opportunity to contribute to planning and assessment for the right candidate.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working as a Cover Teacher, Supply Teacher, or in a similar role.
• QTS preferred but not essential – strong classroom experience is key.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to working across different year groups.
• A passion for education and a proactive attitude towards supporting young learners.
