Working Pattern:Monday to Friday - Term Time Only

We're recruitingCover Supervisorsforprimary and secondary schools across Stoke-on-Trentto support with day-to-day and short-term absences. Whether you're a graduate, experienced Cover Supervisor, or someone with transferable experience working with young people - this could be the ideal role for you.

  • Supervising and delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher

  • Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive, productive learning environment

  • Supporting pupils with tasks, maintaining classroom routines and ensuring safeguarding policies are followed

  • Working across a variety of subjects or year groups, depending on the school and age phase

  • Confident and reliable individuals with strong communication skills

  • Previous school-based experience or experience working with children or young people in other settings

  • Good classroom management and the ability to engage learners of all ages

  • Comfortable working flexibly across EYFS, KS1, KS2, KS3 and KS4

  • Flexible working patternsto fit around your schedule
