Whether you're a graduate, experienced Cover Supervisor, or someone with transferable experience working with young people - this could be the ideal role for you.
Supervising and delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive, productive learning environment
Supporting pupils with tasks, maintaining classroom routines and ensuring safeguarding policies are followed
Working across a variety of subjects or year groups, depending on the school and age phase
Confident and reliable individuals with strong communication skills
Previous school-based experience or experience working with children or young people in other settings
Good classroom management and the ability to engage learners of all ages
Comfortable working flexibly across EYFS, KS1, KS2, KS3 and KS4
