About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll support pupils across the school by delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining a positive, structured learning environment.

You’ll be responsible for:

• - Delivering lessons and activities in the absence of the class teacher
• - Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
• - Working with smaller groups and providing individual support where required
• - Following lesson plans and adapting activities where appropriate
• - Managing behaviour positively and consistently
• - Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils
• - Supporting engagement, confidence and progress
• - Working closely with teachers, Teaching Assistants and the wider school team
