Cover Supervisor - Salford
Salary: £145 - £150 per day

Aspire People are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a dynamic secondary school in Salford. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on students' learning while supporting their education in the absence of their regular teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage classes across a variety of subjects.
2. Ensure students are on task and maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
3. Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher and ensure smooth continuity of learning.
4. Support students with their learning and behaviour to maintain a positive classroom culture.
5. Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience working with young people (in any capacity).
2. Strong communication and organisational skills.
3. Ability to manage classrooms effectively and work independently.
4. A proactive and adaptable attitude.
