Salary: £26,976 - £30,653 (Pro rata salary £23,910 - £27,169). Incremental progression throughout the band is available.

Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only | Hours per Week: 36 | Location: Across Various Sites

Salford City College Group is recruiting for a Cover Supervisor role.

What does a Cover Supervisor do?

The purpose of a cover supervisor is to provide effective supervision across various classes and subjects in response to unforeseen short-term teacher absences. This involves maintaining good order in the classroom and ensuring learners complete all pre-planned work left by their teacher.

This role is ideal for a flexible, organized individual who has experience leading classes or someone new to teaching. Applications are welcome from newly qualified teachers, experienced teachers, or those seeking to gain further experience in teaching. Part-time hours are also considered.
