A leading educational institution is seeking a Cover Supervisor to deliver high-quality lessons during teacher absences. Salary: Grade E SCP 11-17
Actual Salary: £23,011 - £25,366
Hours: 37 hours per week, Term time plus 2 days
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm and Friday 8am - 3.30pm

We are seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to deliver high-quality cover lessons across all key stages and subject areas. The successful candidate will be innovative and capable of creating a positive environment that promotes engaging teaching and learning in the absence of the main teacher. A commitment to maximizing learner achievement is essential.
The role involves delivering pre-prepared lessons to pupils during short-term absences of their regular teachers, working under the guidance of teachers and/or the school Leadership Team. You will support individuals and groups of pupils to access learning, including those requiring specialized knowledge in certain areas.
