The Role
• Supervise pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups (KS3–KS4)
• Maintain classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
• Provide clear instructions and support student learning in line with school policies
• Adapt to different subjects and classrooms as required
• Work collaboratively with school staff and senior leadership to ensure continuity and progress
About You
• A confident communicator with good classroom presence
• Previous experience working with young people (in schools, tutoring, youth work, or sports coaching) is desirable
• A degree or strong academic background preferred
• Calm, flexible, and proactive approach to learning environments
• A passion for education and supporting student development
• Willingness to undergo full safeguarding checks including an enhanced DBS
