Job summary

Link 3 Recruitment Limited is seeking a Cover Supervisor with a Maths focus to work across Coventry secondary schools. You will lead pre-set Maths lessons for KS3 and KS4, maintain a positive learning environment, and support students to achieve their best in maths.

The role requires strong maths knowledge, classroom management, and the ability to engage learners across key stages from GCSEs to A-Levels. A flexible, adaptable, and communicative approach is essential, with Right to Work in the UK

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and passion for Maths.
• Understanding across all key stages up to GCSEs and A-Levels.
• Experience working with young people (education, youth work, tutoring).
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-set Maths lessons to classes in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

Location: Coventry

Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible (Term-Time Only)

Salary: £110 - £135.50 per day (Dependent on experience and qualifications)

Link 3 Recruitment are currently seeking a reliable, motivated, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor with a qualification/experience in Maths to work across a range of secondary schools in Coventry. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people, supporting their learning in the absence of regular teaching staff.

About the Role:

• The ability to build rapport and inspire students
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work

Requirements:

• All applicants must hold a valid Right to Work in the UK, which will be verified as part of our safeguarding and compliance process.
• DBS: All applicants must undergo an Enhanced DBS Check (Child Workforce) prior to starting work, unless already registered on the Update Service. The cost of a new DBS will be covered by the applicant.
• For roles below Cover Supervisor level, a minimum of GCSE qualifications (or equivalent) is required, and evidence of these qualifications must be provided.
