Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting for a Secondary Cover Supervisor across Mansfield. The role starts immediately and is arranged around your timetable, ideal for gaining classroom experience.

You will need a Degree or equivalent, a passion for helping pupils learn, and the ability to build relationships with staff. The agency offers ongoing support, flexible locations in Mansfield and a helpful consultant.

Qualifications

• Be qualified to Degree Level or hold equivalent qualifications that allow you to be placed in schools in the position requested.
• Have a passion for working and supporting children's learning.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes across general subjects in Mansfield as needed.
• Support and assist pupils during lessons and transitions when requested by the school.
• Liaise with teaching staff and Aspire People consultants to manage availability and placements.
