Job title: Cover Supervisor

Location: Salford area

Salary: GBP105 - GBP120 per day

Value Education are supporting Mainstream Secondary Schools across the Salford area that are in need of Cover Supervisors to cover classes across KS3 & KS4.

Due to the huge demand in staff, we are able to offer long-term or short-term work, depending on what you are looking for.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Managing a classroom and behaviour efficiently
• Supervising pupils with pre-planned work
• Ensuring pupils stay on task and are engaged in the work provided

A successful Cover Supervisor will:

• Have previous experience as a Cover Supervisor
• Be confident in managing a classroom
• Be inspired to help students learn in new and exciting ways
• Able to cover various subjects when needed
• Have excellent communication skills
