As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into classrooms across a range of subjects, ensuring pupils stay engaged and productive during teacher absences. There's no planning or marking involved - just your ability to communicate clearly, manage behaviour effectively, and keep learning moving forward.

The successful Cover Supervisor will:

• Have previous experience working in UK secondary schools (essential)
• Be available full time, Monday to Friday
• Be confident managing behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Adapt quickly to different year groups and subjects
