Salary: £90 - £110 per day

Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure students remain on task.
Support students with their learning and respond to any queries.
Liaise with teachers and staff to ensure a smooth handover of lesson content.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with young people in a school or similar setting.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
The ability to adapt quickly to different subjects and age groups.
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to pay for one through GSL Education Lincolnshire.
