Cover Supervisor

Location: A school in Lincoln
Salary: £90 - £110 per day
Start Date: Easter 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary

GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to work in a secondary school in Lincoln. If you have experience working with young people and are looking for a flexible role in education, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher.

• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure students remain on task.

• Support students with their learning and respond to any queries.

• Liaise with teachers and staff to ensure a smooth handover of lesson content.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with young people in a school or similar setting.

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• The ability to adapt quickly to different subjects and age groups.

• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to pay for one through GSL Education Lincolnshire.
