Job Title: Cover Supervisor (Supply)

Location: Holbeach

Salary: £90 - £120 per day (Depending on experience)

Start: Immediate

Contract: Supply Term

A welcoming secondary school in Holbeach is seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor (CS) to join their team on a supply basis. This is a great opportunity for graduates considering a future in education or looking to gain hands-on classroom experience before teacher training.

Essential Qualities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects in the absence of the class teacher.
• Manage classroom behaviour and keep students on task.
• Support students with their learning and answer general questions.
• Report student progress and issues to teaching staff.
• Uphold school policies and promote a positive learning environment.

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Graduate preferred, ideal for those considering a teaching career.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a classroom and engage students.
• Reliable, flexible, and confident in a school setting.
• Previous school or youth work experience is desirable but not essential.
• Have an enhanced DBS registered with the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
