Role - Cover Supervisor

Start Date - ASAP

Daily rate - 100 - 110 a day depending on experience

Location - Herne Bay

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate cover supervisor for a range of secondary schools in the Herne Bay and surrounding area.

The Role:

• Supervise and manage behaviour in the classroom during staff absence
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans effectively
• Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
• Provide support to students as needed
• Ensure adherence to school policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to varying classroom environments
• Previous experience as a cover supervisor within a classroom setting is desirable but not essential
• Ability to manage behaviour effectively
• Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
• CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
• Legal right to work in the UK
