Cover Supervisor
Location: A school in Grimsby
Salary: £90 - £120 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-Time, Ongoing

GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a proactive and reliable Cover Supervisor to work at a secondary school in Grimsby. If you re confident leading a classroom and interested in gaining valuable experience before pursuing teaching, this role is ideal.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise students in the absence of the regular class teacher

• Ensure set work is completed and classroom order is maintained

• Report back to teaching staff on student participation and behaviour

• Support students with queries related to the work set

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with young people (school, youth group, sports coach, etc.)

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Confidence in managing a classroom environment

• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to pay for one through GSL Education Lincolnshire
