Cover Supervisor - Bromley


Are you looking to gain classroom experience and make a positive impact in secondary education?


We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dependable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across the Bromley area. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with experience working with young people.


Role Overview:
Supervise whole classes during teacher absence
Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain engaged and focused
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Provide feedback to teaching staff on class progress and behaviour
Support students in their learning while maintaining a calm and safe environment


What Were Looking For:
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Confident, flexible, and professional approach
Experience working with young people (school, tutoring, youth work, or similar)
Educated to A-Level or degree level (desirable)
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
