Astrea Academy Netherwood is seeking a Cover Supervisor to deliver prepared lesson activities and supervise students in and out of the classroom. The role supports teachers across planning and resource preparation, helping keep classes on task and maintaining good order during teacher absences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver agreed work programmes with individuals or groups, in or out of the classroom
• Maintain good order and keep students on task
• Supervise whole classes during short-term absence of teachers
• Assist teachers across the planning cycle
• Manage and present resources for lessons
• Respond to student questions and help students complete set activities
