The Role: Cover Supervisor Position

As a Cover Supervisor at our school in Stevenage SG1, you will play a key role in maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of regular classroom teachers ranging from preschool to Year 6.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and managing classrooms during teacher absences.
• Delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring a constructive learning experience for students.
• Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and engage with students effectively.
