We’re working with a fantastic secondary school who are seeking a confident and dependable Cover Supervisor to join their team as soon as possible in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Unlike day-to-day supply, this is a secure, long-term role in one school giving you the chance to settle in, build relationships and really make an impact.

It’s ideal for anyone with experience supporting young people who’s looking for consistency, a sense of purpose and a route into teaching or pastoral work.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
  • Creating a calm, focused environment for learning
  • Managing behaviour in line with school policy
  • Supporting students to stay on task and make progress
  • Feeding back to teaching staff at the end of each day
