Cover Supervisor – Haringey, London

This role is ideal for those with a passion for education who enjoy working with young people. As aCover Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged with their learning and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and ensure students follow the school’s behaviour policies.
  • Provide support and guidance to students to help them stay on task.
  • Liaise with teaching staff to ensure lesson objectives are met.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with personality.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification (desirable but not essential).
