Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: TW10 (Richmond, London)
Salary: £100 - £130 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time/Part-time, Temporary/Long-term roles available
Start Date: ASAP

Teaching Personnel is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to work across secondary schools in the TW10 (Richmond) area. As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and on task with pre-set work.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise classes across various subjects, maintaining a positive learning environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students complete assigned tasks.
  • Provide feedback to teachers and senior staff on pupil progress.
  • Support students with their learning where required.
Qualifications:
  • Experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, youth work, or school settings).
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Confidence leading groups of students.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across different subjects.
  • A proactive and resilient attitude.
