A fantastic secondary school in Flintshire is seeking a Cover Supervisor. This role offers potential progression to Teacher Training, making it ideal for aspiring teachers seeking classroom experience before applying for a PGCE.

Cover Supervisor - Job Details:

  1. Secondary School in Flintshire
  2. Pay: Up to £100 per day
  3. Covering lessons across Years 7-11 in various subjects
  4. Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30
  5. Delivering pre-set lesson plans
  6. Ensuring students stay on-task and understand the work
  7. Maintaining classroom control using the school's behaviour policies
  8. A great way to gain relevant experience before Teacher Training

Candidates should have an excellent academic record, with strong GCSE and A-Level achievements. Graduates with degrees in English, Maths, or Science are particularly encouraged to apply.

Confidence to stand in front of classes of up to 30 students and deliver pre-set lessons is essential. Experience in roles like TEFL teaching is advantageous.
