GSL Education is seeking a dependable Cover Supervisor to work within secondary schools in Bourne, Bourne, Lincolnshire. Salary ranges from £110 to £140 per day depending on experience. Start Date is ASAP. This is a Full-time / Part-time flexible contract.

This role offers an opportunity to gain classroom experience, ideal for aspiring teachers. University students, graduates and those with experience working with young people are encouraged to apply.

• Experience with children or young people is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lessons in the absence of teaching staff.
• Ensure students follow the work provided.
• Maintain appropriate behaviour and classroom standards.
• Encourage students to remain focused.
• Take attendance and communicate any concerns.
