Qualifications

• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
• Willingness to undergo background safer recruitment checks including enhanced DBS.
• Experience working with young people (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes during teacher absences.
• Follow lesson plans and instructions provided by teaching staff.
• Keep pupils focused and engaged with their work.
• Manage behaviour fairly and consistently.
• Support students with questions where appropriate.
• Maintain classroom records and report concerns.
• Work alongside the wider school team.
