Cover Supervisors Needed - Denbighshire

A new opportunity has arisen for a Cover Supervisor to join a fantastic secondary school in Flintshire. This role offers opportunities to progress to Teacher Training in the future, making it ideal for aspiring teachers seeking classroom experience before applying for a PGCE.

Cover Supervisor - Job Details:
  1. Secondary school based in Flintshire
  2. Pay: Up to £100 per day
  3. Covering lessons across Years 7-11 in various subjects
  4. Full-time, Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 15:30
  5. Delivering pre-set lesson plans
  6. Ensuring students stay on-task and understand the work set
  7. Using the school's behaviour policies to maintain classroom control
  8. A great way to gain relevant experience prior to Teacher Training
Candidate Requirements:

Applicants should have an excellent academic record, demonstrating strong attainment in GCSEs and A-Levels. Graduates with degrees in English, Maths, or Science are especially encouraged to apply.

Confidence to stand in front of classes of up to 30 students and deliver pre-set lessons is essential. Experience in similar roles, such as TEFL teaching, is advantageous.
