We are looking to appoint proactive, hardworking, and enthusiastic graduates to oversee lessons and support students' learning, while maintaining the school's high standards for behaviour when teachers are absent.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Cover Supervisor seeking to gain experience in a secondary school setting before progressing to teacher training. The school offers teacher training to exceptional Cover Supervisors.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage student behaviour to ensure a constructive learning environment.
• Act as a role model and develop positive relationships with students and staff.
• Supervise pre-assigned lessons in the absence of regular teachers.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working in a school or with young people.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A degree in any subject.
