Your role as a general cover supervisor is to ensure all pre-set work is completed to a high standard, manage classroom behaviour effectively, and assist with classroom tasks when needed. No planning or preparation is required, but the successful candidate should be proactive and able to think on their feet when students need additional support or adjustments.
