COVER SUPERVISOR - XS 10.7

GRADE 6, ACTUAL SALARY £18,349 - £19,242 (Pay award pending)

32 HOURS PER WEEK

TERM TIME ONLY, PLUS ONE INSET DAY (38.2 weeks worked)

PERMANENT POSITION

START DATE - 1st SEPTEMBER 2025

We are looking for a responsible, well-organised person to supervise students in the classroom in the absence of the subject teacher.

You will be required to have the necessary skills to manage classroom activities and be concerned for student progress during the period of supervision.

Recent successful experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar position within an educational environment would be desirable.

5 GCSEs Grade C or equivalent to include English and Maths is essential.

This role provides excellent career progression for someone considering training to become a teacher.
