Un(e) Cover Supervisor est recherché(e) pour rejoindre l'équipe d'Arundel Court Primary Academy à Portsmouth. Le rôle implique un soutien direct à l'apprentissage tout en assurant un environnement positif et sécurisé pour les enfants. Le candidat idéal devra avoir une bonne connaissance des programmes scolaires et être capable d'encourager l'indépendance chez les élèves.
32 hours and 5 minutes per week (8:3015:40 Mon to Fri with a 45minute unpaid lunch break) term time (38 weeks)
Salary Trust Band 4 25119 to 27334 pro rata depending on experience.
Salary equates to 18190.52 to 19794.71 per annum

Located in the heart of Portsmouth Arundel Court Primary Academy and Nursery is three form entry and has a vibrant Nursery and Inclusion Centre. We arelooking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to join our team. With a good knowledge and understanding of how to support learning for children and building effective relationships with children staff and parents. You will assist in providing awide range of activities and ensuring a safe environmentyou will have the skills to deliver great lessons from the planning provided and be able to follow policies including those relating to teaching & learning marking & feedback and good interpersonal and communication skills you will be organised flexible and have the presence to inspire confidence and trust so as to develop and nurture independence. Some intimate care with children may be needed. Previous experience is essential.
Educated to GCSE C or equivalent and with a high standard of literacy and numeracy you will have a good working knowledge of the primary national curriculum; ideally having experience of effective teaching to predetermined plans and have developed skills to motivate and stimulate learning whilst ensuring appropriate pupil behaviour.
