These roles are ideal for:

• Graduates looking for school-based experience before teacher training
• Experienced TAs or Cover Supervisors seeking flexible work
• Individuals returning to education support roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising whole classes during short-term teacher absence
• Supporting pupils with learning activities in and out of the classroom
• Providing 1:1 or small group support where required
• Helping maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
